The Community Center and Aquatic Center projects are located in Fitzhugh Park near the center of the City, across the street from the scenic White River and adjacent to a tributary creek which is featured in the project landscaping.

ETC was also heavily involved in the campaign for a sales tax vote to fund project bonds. ETC completed and furnished all documents and renderings for the various projects to be financed, cost estimates and most significantly our Marketing Director co-chaired the campaign committee. ETC was involved with the City over a five year period to develop this project and assist the City in obtaining the funding.
